Vivo launched it’s new series named the Style series from 17,990 in India. The first of the series is the Vivo S1 which was launched today at an event. It will go on sale starting 8th August across offline stores.

Vivo S1 specs
The Vivo S1 features a Halo FullView Display consist of a 6.38-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Display with a aspect ratio of 19:5:9 and a screen real-estate of 90%. Under the screen there is a fingerprint sensor like most of the new mid-range devices which is called as Flash In-Display Fingerprint sensor. The Vivo S1 is powered by MediaTek Helio P65 octa-core processor which is based on 12nm architecture. Vivo S1 comes with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage options.
The phones comes with a Triple-Rear Camera set-up with the primary being a IMX499 16-MP sensor, secondary 8-MP wide-angle sensor and a 2-MP depth sensor. The notch at the houses the 32-MP selfie sensor. On the software front Vivo S1 comes with Vivo’s own FunTouch OS on top of Android Pie. Vivo S1 also comes with Ultra Game Mode and as per Vivo it reduces frame drop by a whopping 300%. As far as juice goes it is well covered by a 4500 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging. The phone comes with a dedicated Micro-SD slot as well with two Nano-SIM card support.
Vivo S1 variants and price
Vivo S1 comes with two colour options – Skyline Blue and Diamond Black. The phone is offered in three variants the base being 4GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage and is priced at 17.990. The other two variants consist of a 6GB RAM and 64 GB of storage and a 6GB RAM and 128 GB of storage and both are priced at 18.990 (USD 267) and 19.990 (USD 281) respectively. The 4GB and 128GB variant will go on sale from 8th of August.
