Realme today launched it’s new mid-range device in India via an online only event. The Realme 6i has a punch-hole design at the front and has a rear quad-camera set-up at the back. The smartphone comes in two colour options i.e. Lunar White and Eclipse Black. The Realme 6i comes upto with 6 GB of RAM however storage is fixed at 64 GB. The phone has a Micro-SD card slot which is expandable upto 256 GB along with two 4G Nano-SIM card slots, as a result storage should not be an issue. The Realme 6i also supports 30 watt Flash Charge. The phone will be available from 31st of July.
Realme 6i specifications
The Realme 6i comes with 6.5 inch FHD+ Punch-hole display with 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio and 2400×1080 resolution. The refresh rate of the screen goes upto to 90Hz and the phone automatically switches the refresh rate between 60Hz and 90Hz according to the usage requirement for better battery life. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The Realme 6i is powered by MediaTek Helio G90T octa-core processor with 12nm manufacturing process and the clock-speed goes upto 2.05 GHz. The Mali G76 takes care of the GPU department. There are two LPDDR4x RAM options i.e 4GB and 6 GB.
The Realme 6i comes with a rear-quad camera set-up with primary camera being a 48 megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. The other three being a 8 megapixel 119 degree Ultra-Wide sensor with an aperture of f/2.3, a 2 megapixel portrait lens and a 2 megapixel macro lens. The selfie camera sits within the punch hole which is a 16 megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. The selfie camera has 120 fps slow-motion video recording capabilities, AI beauty, Portrait mode, Portrait Nightscape, Time-lapse and face-recognition.
The Realme 6i packs in a 4300 mAh battery with 30 watt flash charge support via Type C port however the brick that is included in the box only supports 20 watt charging. The phone comes with side-mounted fingerprint sensor with a claimed unlock time of 0.29 second.

The price for the 4GB and 64GB variant is 12,999 and for the 6GB and 64GB variant the price is 14,999. The Realme 6i will be available on Flipkart, realme.com from 31st July 12 PM onward and will be available offline as well.
